SENITEL CARRIES TWO types of calling cards:

• those which are billed on a monthly basis
• those which are prepaid

The billed type are generally those which are secured by a major credit card and charged for usage on a monthly basis. A variation of this is that you are billed on a monthly basis, and if you don't pay your bill within 30 days, your credit card is charged.

On the other hand, the prepaid variety requires that you purchase a set amount of time in advance at such and such a fee. Quite often, you will see these types of calling cards at grocery and drug store check out counters.
